WELCOME

The IMPACT – GROUP was born out of an identified need on adding “REAL” back to the employer and employee, which translates directly to bottom line.

The founder himself has had a robust and high achieving career, he is well known for his ability to recognise talent, find optimisation points in all sections of business and harness the collaboration between staff and employers to deliver real tangible results.

He has run various successful businesses and has held top Director positions at various organisations across a range of sectors.

Over the last decade he has focused his learning and experience in Business Consulting, B-BBEE, Employee and Employer benefits to optomise results.

A group of companies was created which have specific focus areas allowing clients to select across a vast menu based on the clients needs, whilst accessing experts in the various disciplines.

This sometimes is a daunting area; our team of skilled professionals has unlocked the various areas to fully be able to implement the building blocks whilst making use of the current employer resources and infrastructure.

Often the employer being able to achieve the correct rating, requires a mere B-BBEE optimization as opposed to often embarking on a process that seem difficult to understand and impossible to implement.

This team has vast experience in walking with the employer through the B-BBEE process, delivering meaningful results that dramatically change the landscape of opportunities, that the employer will have to access to, with their optimized rating.

  • Assist business in an ethical manner to optimize their business practices and B-BBEE levels.

THE SERVICES THROUGH THIS ENTITY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Creating and submitting the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), specific to your organisation and directly relevant for you team in line with your own company key results areas, accounting for Employment Equity.
  • The annual compilation and submission of your Annual Training Report (ATR) to ensure that your implemented skills plan has achieved the desired results and relevant outcomes both for the employer as well as for the staff.
  • Assessment of training optimisation for verification purposes.

This is a much-needed building block which is a necessary component driven out of identified areas that may need some support, based on the skill assessment in the organisation.

Training can be assessed on a stand-alone basis or as a combination of services from IMPACT-B-BBEE.

The Services SETA Accredited Service Provider has well trained, very experienced facilitators, who have knowledge, approved course material which can be customized to the client’s specific needs as well as off the shelf material which has a proven track record.
